We have setup Skype for Business online oauth with Exchange On-premise setup, so our SfB online users can record voicemail greetings. We have found only our SfB online users configured with our on-premise primary email domain can record their voicemail greeting out other users with different domains cannot as the voicemail change greetings button in the sfb client is greyed.

To make things more interesting some user have this option grayed out and some dont. We have only one client policy. I want to prevent people changing the numbers in Skype options but i cant for the life of me find how to "grey out" the option(or any other option) I wen through our client policy but didn't find anything.

Skype for Business - Mute button grayed out. The microphone is disabled and I cannot change this setting while on the meeting (e.g. the Mute button is grayed out). Intermittently (and seemingly randomly) when a user joins a skype call their mute button is greyed out - so they are unable to toggle on/off. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. All the required features on the phone are of course set to allow voice (as I said, sometimes it works with no issues).
